Floriculture class prepares Geraniums for spring plant sale

Potting mix was re-hydrated and placed into six inch pots.

Geranium rootings arrived to the greenhouse in flats of 100.

This year, approximately 800 geraniums of five different varieties will be grown.

Labels will be used to help identify each variety.

Geranium rootings were transplanted into each of the six inch pots.

The appropriate label is used to help identify each variety of geraniums.

Each plant is watered following the transplanting.
